• Keynote 2: Role of the Public Guardian in the mental capacity ecosystem by Public Guardian Ms Regina Chang
• Overview of Mental Capacity Act and Singapore Case Law in relation to mental capacity
• Understanding the 5 principles of the Mental Capacity Act and the application in clinical practice
• Multidisciplinary team case discussionon Dementia, Delirium and Persons with Intellectual Disability

Day 2: Medicolegal Investigation of Sexual Assault

• The clinician's approach to the sexual assault victim
• The role of the DNA Lab in Sexual Assault Investigations
• The role of the Toxicology Lab in Sexual Assault Investigations
• The legal defence in sexual assault cases

For Doctors/Dentists who are employed with MOHH or any of the public healthcare institutions under the MOHH Group, including the 3 Clusters, this seminar will be directly billed to MOHH based on your completed attendance.
